Do I have to withdraw a course if I have an Exam Time Conflict?

No need, but a petition is required.

• Graduating students will be allowed to appear for the time conflict examinations without Dean's approval.

• Non-graduating students may seek Dean’s approval for the time conflict examination.

However, the Dean may exercise his/her discretion in declining the non-graduating students’ request for time conflict examination.

**The decision of the Dean pertaining to the request is final**

How can I do the petition for Exam Time Conflict please?

All petitions for the time conflict examination must be submitted to Office of the University Registrar within the first three weeks (15 working days) of the semester.

**The students need to keep the receipt issued by the Office of the University Registrar, and present it to the Office in case that their names are not included in the time conflict examination list**

If I get the petition approval, when will my examination be?

Students are required to check it from time conflict examination schedule (as well as the room) before the first day of the examination period.

• Usually, the date of the examination would remain the same. Only the examination time is changed.

What will happen if I forget to follow the Exam Time Conflict Schedule?

Should the students sit for the examination conflicting with another in regular examination rooms, they will not be allowed to appear for another examination or apply for late examination. Therefore, they will obtain automatic withdrawal for the subject.

Do I still have to follow the Exam Time Conflict Schedule if I withdraw one of them before the examination period comes?

If one of the subjects in the exam time conflict is withdrawn, students must follow the original examination schedule for the remaining subject.

Will I be allowed to take Late Examination?

Here are reasons that would be allowed:

• sickness

• death of a person in the family

• accident

• others (like being the univers'ty's representative)

When do I need to do a petition for Late Examination?

Students are required to do a formal petition at the Registrar Office within 3 days after the date of absence.

For Late Examination, do I have to do anything after submitting the petition?

Here are the steps for Late Examination:

1. Submit the petition form as well as required document (evidence) to the Registrar Staff.

2. Check result of committee's considerations at the board.​

3. Check the interview date (if needed)

4. Interview (if needed)

5. Check the interview result (if needed)

6. Pay 1,000 Baht per subject at the Financial Office.

7. Check examination schedule

8. Take the exam
