Building Design and Construction Techniques (A)

It was the first course in ABAC that let me experience many lecturers. There are 4 lecturers in total: A.Oat, A.Nui, A.Noi, and A.Annop. There is only one section; each lecturer will be responsible for different lessons depending on their expertise. For example, A.Nui graduated from and is working in the Architectural field, so she is responsible for house-drawing lessons. As we cannot choose any lecturer, I won’t talk much about them haha. Let’s see what you will learn in this course.

You will study everything regarding to building structure like kinds of structure, cement types, how to read house-drawings, how to estimate building cost, mechanical systems in buildings, etc. For me, I love this course as they are all new for me. I felt excited and enjoyed studying the course. But, there are a lot of stuff to remember for the exam. Also, there will be some calculations in the Final exam. One of them is quite similar to the Pert calculation that we have learnt in Principles of Management.

Oh! I forgot to tell you that there were 2 site visits (both inside and outside the university). For the semester I took this course, we went to The Emperor’s site. I have to say that the house was reallyyyyyy beautiful. It was built in Roman style. And..don’t forget to take a note when visiting the sites. They will be in the exam!

เป็นวิชาแรกในรั้วเอแบคที่รู้สึกว่ามีอ.หลายคนเกิ๊นน555 คือมีเซ็คเดียวนะเลือกไม่ได้ แต่จะเวียนกันสอนกัน มี4ท่าน คือ อ.โอ๊ต, อ.นุ้ย, อ.หน่อย และอ.อรรณพ แต่ละท่านก็จะสอนในบทที่ตัวเองถนัด เช่น อ.นุ้ยจบสถาปัตย์มา+ทำงานด้านนี้ ก็จะรับหน้าที่ในการสอนแปลนบ้าน เป็นต้น ไหนๆก็เลือกอ.ไม่ได้แล้ว ไปดูเนื้อหาที่เรียนกันโล้ดดด

จะได้เรียนทุกอย่างเกี่ยวกับการสร้างตึก แบบโครงสร้างว่ามีแบบไหนบ้าง ปูนมีกี่ประเภท อ่านแปลนยังไง คำนวณราคาการสร้างคร่าวๆยังไง ระบบไฟ/แอร์/น้ำประปาเป็นยังไง บลาๆ คือเรียนทุกอย่างจริงๆ โดยส่วนตัวชอบวิชานี้เพราะไม่ค่อยมีความรู้ด้านนี้เลย เป็นความรู้ใหม่เกือบ100%สำหรับเรา ก็สนุก+น่าสนใจดี แต่เวลาสอบแอบต้องจำเยอะ ไฟนอลจะมีคำนวณนิดนึงในส่วนของการทำ Pert อ่ะ คล้ายๆที่เรียนใน Princ Manage เลย

อ่อลืมบอกไป มีsite visitด้วยนะ ในเทอมนึงจะมี2รอบ (เดินดูระบบในม. กับ ไปดูงานของบริษัทที่กำลังก่อสร้างจริงๆ) ในเทอมนี้เราได้ไปของบริษัท The Emperor ต้องบอกเลยว่าบ้านสวยมากกก เป็นพวกสไตล์โรมันอ่ะ ตื่นเต้นไปอีกแบบ ซึ่งข้อมูลที่ไปเดินดูกันนี่ออกสอบด้วยนะจ๊ะ
