Principles of Property MGT (A)

There are 2 lecturers in this course: A.Noi & A.Cherry. I won't talk much about them coz there is no choice of lecturers.

So, let's talk about the lessons! For this course, I feel like we have to apply the knowledge from all REM courses, especially for the final. You will learn MOE, Green Building, Property Management, etc. which I think it's useful to know. Overall, it makes me become more observant. Yet, I don't like MGT courses. That's why I found it's quite difficult and boring. There would be some assignments all along the semester to analyse a subject property. However, it's not that hard. The information could be found on the internet.

Also, there will be some little calculations in this course. Financial calculator is no needed.

One last thing that I would tell..pay attention to your friend's Green Building presentations. Some of them will be in the exam.

สำหรับอาจารย์ผู้สอนมี 2 ท่าน คือ อ.หน่อย + อ.เชอร์รี่ อ.เขาจะแบ่งบทกันสอนแต่ครึ่งหลังมิดเทอมจะมีแต่อ.เชอร์รี่ ขออนุญาตไม่ลงรายละเอียดเรื่องอ.เด้อค่ะเด้อ

ไปดูรายละเอียดเนื้อหาเรียนกันดีกว่า..วิชานี้เหมือนเอาทุกวิชาใน REM มายำรวม ข้อสอบจะค่อนข้างเน้นประยุกต์(โดยเฉพาะตอนสอบไฟนอล) สำหรับเราคิดว่ามันมีประโยชน์ดี ได้เรียนพวก MOE (ทางหนีฉุกเฉิน), ตึกรักษ์โลก, การบริหารจัดการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ บลาๆๆ โดยภาพรวมแล้วเราเรียนแล้วเราสังเกตรอบตัวมากขึ้น แต่ด้วยความที่เราไม่ชอบวิชาด้านmanagementเลยทำให้รู้สึกว่าวิชานี้แอบยาก จะมีงานให้ทำanalysisเรื่อยๆทั้งเทอม แต่งานมันก็ไม่ได้หนักหนานะ แค่เราไม่ชอบวิชาด้านนี้เลยเบื่อหน่อยๆ55555

อ้อ..มีคำนวณด้วยนะ แต่แค่นิดๆหน่อยๆ ใช้เครื่องคิดเลขทั่วไปได้ไม่จำเป็นต้องใช้เครื่องแบบไฟแนนซ์จ้า
