Real Estate Economics (A)

Good thing..we don't have to choose any teacher as there's only one lecturer lol. I took this course with A.Thanit, very young ajarn. The class atmosphere is very relaxing. As we cannot choose the lecturer, I won't talk much about this. Let's see what we've to learn in this subject.

First of all, I have to tell you that I'm an Arts student, so my calculating skill isn't that good. That's why I felt this course was kinda difficult. I was so exhausted to pass it. Yet, it won't be that hard if you try to review lessons and ask the lecturer for extra clarifications. The lessons were quite similar to Micro&Macroeconomics, but they were related to the real estate field. For example, in general, product price is the main factor affecting demand and supply. But, you'll also see other factors in the real estate one like risks, growth expectation, marriage rate, etc. In my opinion, midterm exam was very difficult, but the final was okay (it was similar to what was in the classes haha).

There were 2 textbooks that we used (one for midterm and one for final). You could do the photocopy at the university library. I would suggest that it's better to have them because the contents on slides are sometimes too brief. If your background knowledge isn't that good (like me), you may need to seek for details from the textbooks.

For those who are taking/going to take this course, please fight with it!!! Haha

ถ้าจะพูดถึงอ.คงไม่ต้องเลือกมั้ง..มีคนเดียว5555 เราเรียนกับอ.ฐานิศร์ ผญ.วัยรุ่น ชิวๆ ในเมื่อเลือกอ.ไม่ได้ก็จะไม่พูดไรมาก ไปดูเนื้อหากันดีกว่าว่าวิชานี้เรียนอะไร

ก่อนอื่นต้องบอกว่าเราเป็นเด็กอาร์ท หัวด้านคำนวณจะไม่ไวเท่าเด็กบีบีเอในคลาส ก็เลยรู้สึกว่ามันยากและเหนื่อยมากฮือๆ แต่จริงๆถ้าตั้งใจอ่าน+ไม่เข้าใจก็เอาไปถามอ.มันก็ช่วยได้เยอะนะ เนื้อหาจะแนวๆไมโครแมคโครแต่เป็นฉบับของอสังหาริมทรัพย์ เช่นแบบ demand-supply งี้ ปกติปัจจัยหลักๆจะเป็นเรื่องราคาสินค้าช่ะ แต่นี่ก็จะมี risk, growth expectation, marriage rate, บลาๆๆ เข้ามาเกี่ยวด้วย ส่วนตัวว่าครึ่งมิดเทอมยากมาก(ข้อสอบ)แต่ไฟนอลก็โอเคอยู่ ออกตามที่เรียน

เทอมนึงจะใช้หนังสือ2เล่ม สามารถหาซีร็อคได้จากห้องสมุด แนะนำว่าควรมี เพราะบางทีสไลด์จะยกตัวอย่างมาแบบโดดๆ ถ้าเป็นคนหัวช้า(แบบเรา)อาจจะไม่เข้าใจ ต้องอาศัยอ่านรายละเอียดจากในหนังสืออีกที

ใครที่เรียนอยู่/กำลังจะเรียนก็สู้ๆนะจ๊ะ มีคำนวณทั้งมิดเทอมและไฟนอลเลย
