Business Conversation (A)

I took Business Conversation in my third year (second semester). To be honest, there is nothing complex in this course. The lessons are something surrounding you. It’s a common sense that you may have already known like how the environment (characteristics of the room, people or even your dressing) affects people emotions. The most difficult part is the 6-step problem solving process which will be in the final exam. A large portion of marks comes from in-class discussions. There are only few writing assignments.

I studied with A.Chutamas. The only thing I could say is that the way she marks the papers (both assignments and exams) is reallyyyyyy thorough. You have to write all stuff as much as you can BUT! it doesn’t mean that she’s not good. The more you write, the higher chance you can get marks (so it’s your benefits) as she will try her best to give marks where she could. During discussions, students are not allowed to speak their own languages (mostly, it’s Thai). English is required. She will seriously mark each student during each discussion. It won’t be too difficult for you all and it’s a great way to practice your English skills. My suggestion is that try to participate in classes as much as possible. The more you answer the questions, the more you can understand the lessons since she won’t give students the answers directly (to let them think and analyse by themselves first). No matter your answer is right or wrong..just try your best. It will help you know whether you understand the lessons well enough.

I wish this review will be useful. Each lecturer has his/her own style in teaching. Choose the one you think his/her style suits to you!

เราเรียนวิชานี้ตอนปี3เทอม2 จริงๆต้องบอกเลยว่าวิชานี้ไม่ได้มีอะไรซับซ้อน เป็นทฤษฎีเรื่องรอบๆตัวอยู่แล้ว เช่น สภาพแวดล้อมจะมีผลต่อความรู้สึกของคน (ไม่ว่าจะเป็นลักษณะห้อง บุคลิกของคนรอบตัว หรือแม้กระทั่งการแต่กายของตัวเราเอง) ที่ยากหน่อยก็จะเป็น 6 steps ในการแก้ปัญหา ซึ่งอันนี้จะอยู่ในไฟนอล คะแนนเก็บหลักๆจะมาจากการ discussion ในห้อง มีพวกงานเขียนแค่นิดเดียวเอง

เราเรียนกับอ.จุฑามาศ บอกได้คำเดียวว่าตรวจงาน+ข้อสอบละเอียดมากกกกกก55555 เวลาสอบเสร็จก็เตรียมเคาน์เตอร์เพนไว้นวดได้เลย แซวๆ แต่ไม่ได้แปลว่าไม่ดีนะ เขียนเยอะจริงแต่นั่นก็แปลว่ามีโอกาสมากขึ้นในการได้คะแนนเพราะอ.จะพยายามเอาจุดที่เรารู้มาให้คะแนนไงล่ะ เวลาดิสคัสอ.จะเคร่งไม่ให้พูดภาษาไทย ไม่ยากเกินไปหรอกได้ฝึกภาษาด้วย อยู่ในห้องก็พยายามตอบคำถามนะเพราะปกติแล้วอ.จะไม่ค่อยไกด์ให้ว่าอยากให้ตอบแบบไหนยังไง เหมือนฝึกให้เราคิดเองอ่ะ ตอบๆไปจะได้รู้ว่าสิ่งเราคิดนั้นมันถูกไหม เข้าใจจริงหรือเปล่า

หวังว่ารีวิวนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์นะคะ อ.แต่ละท่านก็จะมีสไตล์การเรียนการสอนที่ต่างกัน ก็เอาไปพิจารณาดูอิอิ
