Introduction to Business Research Writing (A-)

As its name is “Business Research (BR)”, don’t have to think so much what you will be see in this course. You will have to do one research relating to business field in group. So, I would suggest you to screen group members well. They will work with you for the whole semester. (I’d say it’s better to take this course with friends.)

I studied with A.Yuth. He is very nice, kind, and relaxing. But, his teaching kinda missed out some details (which may surprise you all in the exam hahaha). So, just put it in this way..if you want chilling lecturer, choose A.Yuth. If you want to study in details, other lecturers might be more suitable to you. (Thorough teaching may fall to A.Nida..my friend told me that she teaches everything clearly, but I never study with her.) Yet, I have heard that semester 2/2017 will be the last semester that A.Yuth teaches here (I am not sure na..just heard it). Let’s continue with lessons that you will see in this course.

As I told you, you have to do the research. So, you will learn how to do it through 6 steps. Step 1-3 are for the midterm, and 4-6 are for the final. Mostly, the exams would let you apply the theory you learn to the given case(s). For example, a customer hires you to find out the characteristics and behaviors of his/her consumers. The exam may let you set up some questions to be asked in the questionnaire. Therefore, it’s better to understand the lessons. Memorizing might not suits for this course.

ก็ตามชื่อวิชาน่ะ..Business Research ก็จะได้ทำresearchในด้านธุรกิจ แต่ไม่ต้องห่วง มันไม่ได้ลงลึกหรือยากขนาดนั้น สิ่งที่สำคัญที่สุดคือหากลุ่มให้ดี!!! กลุ่มดีชีวิตดีไปครึ่งทางละ เพราะทั้งเทอมจะได้ทำงานกับกลุ่มเดิม (ถ้าจะให้แนะนำก็จับลงกับเพื่อนเถอะ เซฟสุด)

เราได้เรียนกับอ.ยุทธ ใจดี ชิ๊วชิว แต่ด้วยความที่อ.ชิวการเรียนการสอนก็เลยชิวตาม เลยไม่ค่อยละเอียดเท่าไหร่เมื่อเทียบกับเซ็คอื่นๆ แล้วไอตรงที่ข้ามไปนิดๆหน่อยๆตรงนั้นดั๊นมีมาจ๊ะเอ๋ในข้อสอบ5555 สรุปคือใครอยากเรียนชิวๆก็มาลงกับอ.ยุทธ แต่ถ้าใครอยากได้อ.สอนละเอียดๆก็ลองมองหาอ.ท่านอื่นที่เหมาะกับตัวเองแล้วกันอิอิ (เรื่องสอนละเอียดน่าจะต้องยกให้อ.นิฎานะ มีเพื่อนเคยบอก แต่ส่วนตัวไม่เคยเรียนกับอ.ง่ะ) แต่ได้ยินว่าอ.ยุทธสอนเทอม2/2017เทอมสุดท้ายแล้วนะ (ไม่แน่ใจเหมือนกัน ได้ยินแว่วๆมา) ไปดูเนื้อหาเรียนกันต่อดีกว่า

อย่างที่บอกแหละว่าจะได้ทำresearch ทั้งเทอมคือจะเรียนวิธีการทำresearchที่มีอยู่ 6 ขั้นตอน (ทั้งเทอมคือเรียนแค่ 6 ขั้นตอนนี้แหละ) ขั้นตอนที่1-3สำหรับมิดเทอม และ4-6สำหรับไฟนอล ข้อสอบมักจะเป็นอะไรที่apply แบบมีcaseมาให้อ่านแล้วก็วิเคราะห์ว่าแต่ละขั้นควรทำไรยังไง เช่น ลูกค้ามาจ้างเราให้ทำวิจัยเพราะอยากรู้ว่าลูกค้าร้านกาแฟของเขาเป็นคนกลุ่มไหน ชอบทานอะไร >>> โจทย์อาจจะบอกให้เราตั้งคำถามใน Questionnaire ไรงี้ ฉะนั้นต้องทำความเข้าใจเนื้อหานะจ๊ะ อย่าเอาแต่ท่องจำ
